Laboratory test |
We conduct laboratory-scale trial production in our company’s research facilities to confirm reaction conditions, raw materials, and analytical conditions. |
Submission of quotation |
We submit a quotation based on the results of laboratory-scale trial production and raw material cost survey. |
Pilot production |
We undertake pilot production in our pilot plant equipped with 200 to 2,000L reaction tanks. At this stage, we collect all data, and seek high quality and safety for full-scale manufacture in a mass production plant. |
Manufacturing in mass production plant |
We have a variety of plants equipped with 5 to 10m3 reaction tanks and distillation columns, to accommodate your production needs. |
Delivery |
After finishing various product analyses by our quality assurance personnel, we deliver your products throughout Japan and abroad. |
